Division: Male Blue Adult 79kg ( NO GI ) weighed in 78.8kg
All good things must eventually come to an end, Peter Youssef’s 14 straight winning streak was no different. This was easily the best and most unaffected preparation Peter has had, unfortunately still not enough to stop his first points decision loss. On a brighter note, TOH would like to welcome its latest clients, the O’Connor sisters. With 8 months experience, the girls opened their BJJ competitive careers at the 2012 Gracie Barra Competition. Winning gold and silver medals in their respective divisions, both later competed in the 2012 AFBJJ NSW BJJ State Championships, achieving bronze medals.

It is with great pride that I begin the Triangle Of Health (TOH) blog by introducing athlete,Peter Youssef. Peter has utilised the service TOH provides for the past six years, loyalty that has not been unrewarded, as TOH has left no stone unturned in helping Peter achieve his goals. A dedicated and disciplined athlete, the union between TOH and Peter began with the sport of Kickboxing.
